The room had GREAT bathroom facilities and was of a good size. The hotel was very clean throughout my stay. The breakfast offering was substantial, with a lot to choose from including an omelette station. the staff were VERY friendly and helpful.

The reception staffs are really accommodating. My room was clean and well-kept each day. Breakfast offered adequate choices. This hotel is near the metro station, very beneficial. I found several stores and restaurants nearby.
The rooftop bar had limited hours. Its closure during certain times was disappointing. This limited the enjoyment of one of the hotel's advertised amenities. It was a minor inconvenience .

noisy gymslow response
the air conditioning was not working correctly. the room became uncomfortably warm, especially at night. i reported the issue, however, staff was slow to address it, i was not satisfied. additionally, the gym next to my room was noisy at early morning.
