EXCELLENT stay
bathroom facilities good size breakfast offering
The room had GREAT bathroom facilities and was of a good size. The hotel was very clean throughout my stay. The breakfast offering was substantial, with a lot to choose from including an omelette station. the staff were VERY friendly and helpful.
The elevators experienced some congestion, causing occasional delays during peak hours.

The location is excellent for quiet. The staff was great and helpful, they speak English. Check-in and check-out was easy. I found the room spacious, modern and clean, it was a standard double room. The breakfast had very good and tasty options.
I experienced a very slight inconvenience with a slow elevator during peak hours.

The reception staffs are really accommodating. My room was clean and well-kept each day. Breakfast offered adequate choices. This hotel is near the metro station, very beneficial. I found several stores and restaurants nearby.
The rooftop bar had limited hours. Its closure during certain times was disappointing. This limited the enjoyment of one of the hotel's advertised amenities. It was a minor inconvenience .

I found the on-site parking very secure. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection. I especially liked the rooftop terrace. It was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful.

mixed experience, location is good.
noisy gym slow response
the air conditioning was not working correctly. the room became uncomfortably warm, especially at night. i reported the issue, however, staff was slow to address it, i was not satisfied. additionally, the gym next to my room was noisy at early morning.

the location was superb. it was near many attractions and metro stations. my room was super clean. the staff were friendly and helpful too. i especially appreciated the room service.
The air conditioning seemed a little weak. It would have been nice to have it colder.
